A: We offer a 12-month warranty on the engine, axle, and transmission, with some spare parts covered for up to 18 months. We are also available to assist you with any truck-related issues via email and phone throughout the lifetime of the vehicle.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For T/T, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. For L/C, we accept 100% irrevocable Letters of Credit.
Q: Can our vehicle/trailer couple with your tractor head?
A: Please provide your tractor/prime mover model or the distance from the fifth wheel to the ground, and we can design a compatible height for your tractor.
Q: Can you provide terms for reducing our import duties?
